Ride2CareTrans LLC – Terms and Conditions

1. Information We Collect

Ride2CareTrans LLC provides services without discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected class under federal, state, or local law.

 

All riders are entitled to respectful, safe, and equal service. Discriminatory behavior by staff, drivers, or passengers will result in corrective action or removal.

2. Accessibility Policy

We comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Our fleet includes wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAVs), and our drivers are trained to assist passengers with mobility or medical needs. Riders may request accommodations when booking.

3. Service Animal Policy

Ride2CareTrans LLC allows passengers to travel with service animals as defined by the ADA. No documentation or explanation of the disability is required. Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times. Drivers may not refuse service due to a service animal.

4. Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a zero tolerance policy for: -

Drug or alcohol use by drivers

- Smoking or vaping in vehicles

- Verbal or physical abuse

- Harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior

5. Harassment-Free Service Policy

Harassment—whether verbal, physical, sexual, or emotional—will not be tolerated. Any individual found to be engaging in harassing conduct may be permanently removed from Ride2CareTrans services.

6. Safety & Conduct Policy

All drivers and staff are required to:

- Follow all traffic and safety laws

- Maintain a clean, safe, and accessible vehicle

- Treat all passengers with professionalism and patience

- Assist passengers with special needs

- Keep personal data secure and confidential under HIPAA-aligned standards

7. Vehicle Monitoring & Safety Technology

For the safety of passengers and drivers, all Ride2CareTrans LLC vehicles are equipped with:

- Interior and exterior-facing cameras

- GPS tracking and real-time telematics monitoring This technology helps ensure accountability, route safety, and documentation. Data is securely stored and accessed only for safety or operational needs.

9. Privacy Policy (Summary)

10. Food & Drink Policy

Food is not permitted inside Ride2CareTrans LLC vehicles. Only sealed, spill-proof drink containers (e.g., capped water bottles) are allowed. This ensures a clean and safe environment for all passengers.
